Kidnapped finished

Today we finished our Kidnapped scene ( a perspective picture of David Balfour's close encounter with death when he was lured to the top of the derelict tower in the House of Shaws) They did a great job of the bricks but needed help with the  steps. 

We started our money theme in maths and my grade 2 girl is making a 'coin' with a nightingale in it for The Emperor and the Nightingale. 

I also made a sample pop up scene for Leviathan. I decided to read 'The Subtle Knife' aferall and I also started reading Beyond the Deepwoods. My grade 3 student will be finished Heidi by Wednesday and she will start on Inkheart.
