Gridiron

After finishing up at work this morning I went home via Victoria Park in Ballarat and I noticed they were playing Gridiron ( American football ) on one of the back ovals. I stopped and watched for a while . It was an improvised game with portable goals and a field marked out this morning. The 2 teams came up from Melbourne. They were certainly very excited with lots of American slang and 'Trash talk' and lots of bruising collisions.
