Clune's Book Festival

Humble Clunes ( about 25km from Glen Park) is holding its second International Booktown Festival this weekend.I went today for a browse.There were certainly lots of book sellers there and apparently lots of permanent bookshops. (Might be worth a visit at a quieter time) It was great to catch up with Gary Crew who gave a talk about writing narratives and we had a little chat afterwards. I didn't buy anything ( There were some great old first editions but they were a bit expensive. (There were also too any Ruperts, Enid Blytons and Biggles)
